Second, I have about 200K of United miles. Can I use them on US?

Thanks ... and please don't flame me.
About the first question--yes, you can book on UA and enter your US Airways number. When your e-ticket receipt and itinerary are e-mailed to you upon booking, your US DM number will show as part of that. I have booked three United itineraries in the past couple of months and my US number was in the reservation every time, without having to call. When you print your BPs, your US number, status, and seating zone (1) will show on the boarding pass. Your UA flights will usually post within 1-2 business days and your elite bonus miles a day or two later.
