One amusing anecdote from the flight; I chose the foie gras from the menu and asked for a glass of Sauternes to accompany it, after a while the FA came back looking very confused and said 'you want the dessert wine with your starter?!'

I find it so sad that there are people out there who have never sampled the delights of foie gras and a good Sauternes!
