I don't suppose anyone here has ever taken the opportunity to dine at a kitchen table in a four or five star restaurant. You will absolutely see the chefs tweaking the presentation using their bare hands. You'll see much worse happens behind closed doors of chain places, so I am not sure the point of this thread. Does anyone actually believe you food is always handled by tongs or was this some attempt at prepubescent humor about "hands on nuts?"
