Thanks, I saw that but is not very clear. Has too many things and more than one description for each TC e.g.:
TC1 Mexico sub-area
TC1 Caribbean sub-area
TC1 Longhaul sub-area
TC1 Within South America sub-area

Does not show USA or Canada as a part of the TC1 description. Is that supposed be be Longhaul sub-area? I guess one can try to read between the lines and figure it all out. I went to the IATA site and spend a long time seraching but could not find anything clear-cut which shows TC1, TC2, TC3!
