What a ghastly showing by BA though, there was a power problem and 2, 3 and 4K were not powered so I spent the entire flight sat bolt upright! Needless to say I filled a form in. Apparently those seats have been u/s for days. BA clearly can't afford to take a 747 out of service for long enough to fix it, and their premium pax can rot! I even tried to be downgraded to Club so I could lie down but it was full
