I think I know what you are asking. My very longshot guess is one of the asian LCC's?? My corporate travel tool pulled something up the other day with a connecting leg that said something "Flying Service" with some unintelligible icon/logo. I called Amex and they told me it was Jetstar Asia. I was surprised this carrier came up, I didnt think they were listed with any of the major data providers.
