Sony A100 Memory Stick Duo™ Adapter for Compact Flash?

So I've been Googling and searching for a Memory Stick Duo™ Adapter for Compact Flash and it seems out of stock everywhere.

One ships with every Sony Alpha DSLR-A100 camera, but as a standalone part it doesn't seem to exist in the US of A.

Does anyone have a lead on one confirmed in-stock outside of the US that I might order?
