I think length of flights differ from person to person. I frequently fly to Asia and I've done Australia several times - including LAX-MEL. I've even done LAX-SYD a couple of times in Y (before I got used to C&F) and handled it fine. As long as I'm up front, long flights don't bother me. I see it as a chance to get to see movies I haven't seen and read books and magazines I don't get a chance to usually read. I don't use it as an opportunity to work so my mindset is a bit more relaxed. But that's me - most people think I'm crazy
