In the midst of asking Cathay for a very simple re-issue of an AONE3 - the ex-CMB paper ticket has just 5 segments now, two flown, and I'm asking them to add two NA segments before the 3 remaining. "We no longer issue complicated tickets in Los Angeles. San Francisco can still do it, but you'll have to mail your tickets to Vancouver"

Apparently they could have handled e-tickets over the phone, fwiw.

Off that topic, their NA res line was busy for at least an hour this morning. I stopped trying for a couple of hours, when they picked up at once.
