I would start with a little browsing around this board (milesbuzz) as it pertains to general mileage related programs.
Then perhaps you would want to take a look at the NWA and ATA boards since those are your preferred airlines.
Also keep in mind hotel chains, if you have preferences, as there are many good programs that pertain to those (hint, the Starwood SPG Amex is a big fave around here as *wood points are a pretty good value and they transfer to many airlines with bonuses)

Once you have read-up a little (and try out the search function as well) I think you will find that most times, all the info you seek is already posted somewhere on the board. You would be hard pressed to find people better versed in all things travel related, not to mention firendly ahd helpful, than the good folks here @ Flyertalk.
