Have flown several long haul flights with ANA in economy. Outstanding service is the number one reason we will continue with ANA. The FAs will assist with anything, and will happily bring as much Asahi as one can drink. The seat is just ok, I bring a small blow up cushion to sit on, and this helps as the seat bottom is a little firm. The food is average and the IFE is good enough. Actually, I LOVE "ANAs Time Machine Special". ANA is a great choice!
