The UA refare vouchers specifically say:
4. VALID FOR TRAVEL ON UA/UAX ONLY. NOT VALID FOR CODESHARE FLIGHTS

It would be quite a loophole if you are able to use these to purchase a refundable UA flight, and then call UA to exchange your refundable UA ticket for a LH ticket.
