Yes, all stations have lifts. Sometimes they aren't exactly at the same place as the regular entrance since they are located for better access to the platforms.
If you are staying at the Hyatt in Rosslyn (Arlington), the easiest way to the lift at the Metro station is to walk (downhill) one block on Wilson. Turn left at Moore Street. Just beyond an elevated walkway, you will see the lift on the right side of the street, opposite from the larger of the two Metro entrances. This lift takes you directly to the upper platform in the station, where you would catch the train headed into DC. The smaller entrance is on Fort Myer Drive and is closer to the Hyatt, but does have stairs.
