At least it's made sense of one thing - FlyBe recently ended their "partnership" with Continental, where you could earn miles and status sectors on CO when flying BE (although on the CO board this seemed to be pretty hard to put into practise).

Any speculation if FlyBe might become a OW member?

I'm sad to see the disolution of BA's regional services, but given that i fly FlyBe more often than i fly BA at the moment (not my choice, just BA dont fly where I go from Glasgow to BFS/BHD, CWL, STN) then it would be great news for me if they were planning on joining OW.
