So goes life in Latin America. It took me even 40 minutes to print out something at Office Depot!

They do take eternity especially on the phone. Very little consideration for people who are on hold. They take over an hour to deal with anything.

They don't take nearly as long at Guate's offices. The best office I've been to is near Galeria Miraflores. Attitude of service agents were SOOOO GOOD!!! They were amazing! The ones on the phone are pathetically slow. I won't mention this person's name. Messed up my whole reservation when i made a change and refused to do anything to really solve it other than to find the HIGHEST BUSINESS FARE rather than the promotional.

Maybe the higher may be better ,you think? What's the chance of getting downgraded?

Oh well. that's life in Latin America.

I really did not care about the procedure...I just wanted my boarding pass.

No one seemed to care.
