This is a good heads-up post. When I was a Diamond, we created a mutual account back in 2000. Since 2001, I've had 4-6 Hilton stays per year to keep the account active. However, for the next 2 months my wife is working on a contract and using the account while on the road. Her two Hilton stays over the past 2 weeks (Hampton & Doubletree) posted fine. But we also each have a HH card with our individual name and the same account number; they've mailed a pair every year.
