Seating in Y on NH is nothing special (although they used to have excellent seat pitch), but the food is usually pretty good, the IFE will keep you busy with about ten movies and a selection of games of various types, and the flight attendants are, there's no other word for it, sweet. You get Japanese customer service at its best.
Their website lets you preview the food and IFE offerings for each route a month in advance.
