Last time I tried chocolate to check-in agents (on UA - I was hoping they would pull my SWU); not only did they pull the cert, they said I was insane Thanks guys; so much for generosity.

By contrast; last time I gave a flight crew two packs of Teuscher chocolates (the 16 packs) - every single one of them came by to personally thank me. I ran into one on the Tube, he didn't stop saying thanks to me until he got off (!).
