Question Foie Gras- how long does it keep once opened?
I bought a small jar of refrigerated foie gras in Nice Airport and refrigerated it once I got home. Expiry date was June 2008.

I have now opened it- yum, yum- and wondering how long does it last in the fridge?
(I'm asking on the AF board because it was AF J that gave me the taste for foie gras)
