There are several Korean restaurants on the 32nd street..
just about a block or two away from Penn Station.

If you have any specific cuisine in mind, I might be able to
recommend something better.

Also there is a nice Vegetarian place on Park avenue and 34th street
(north west corner) don't remember the name though.
