Mrs. MileKing and I are going through the problem right now.....again. I'm primary on the account. If she tries to book on-line and use our HHonors account number, the reservation defaults to my name and can't be changed. So a couple of weeks ago she called (rather than book on-line) to make a reservation in her name and added our account number at the same time. Her stay was 10/17-10/24. At check-in, she was not recognized as a Diamond member until she provided her card.

To compound matters, I was at another Hilton for part of the dates of her stay. No problems for me with check-in and that stay has posted. Her stay, of course, has not posted. Looks like a call to HHonors is in order to straighten this out.
