Row 10 are designated bassinet seats. I had to call NW's elite services to unblock 10B or 10H for a solo traveller on a A332. It wasn't a problem for the manual override. I think the system is now blocking bulkhead seats for the bassinet attachment priorities. A few days later, 11G opened up on my A332 flight and I immediately snatched it. So, 10B/10H is no longer a priority.
