Taca...from bad to worse
In the last few months I have noticed that TACA customer service has gone from bad to really bad.
Recently I had to wait over an hour to get my business class boarding pass printed [I was the ONLY one in line].
Everyone wanted to keep explaining 'their procedure' on how they have to 'close' a flight before.....
I really did not care about the procedure...I just wanted my boarding pass.
No one seemed to care.
