I did "ticket by mail" recently, but instead of sending it via USPS certified mail, I sent it via UPS 2 day, after having to nag for a real street address to send the UPS document to. To my surprise the ticket was ticketed the same day that UPS delivered the letter. And the date of travel was over 3 weeks from when the letter was delivered by UPS.

The only reason I did UPS was since I was too lazy to deal with the post office and shipping UPS was much easier for me to do for only a dollar or so more.

Has anyone else had similar experiences?
