I have a mutual fund account also (that was re-instated after inactivity back to the mutual fund). We each have a hhonors card with our name and the account number. Can't uou use this at check-in?

It takes an average of 4 encounters, all initiated by me, to get one night fixed properly. They claim it is a programming issue they cannot change - give me a break.

Keep throwing fits because it will let them know I am not the only one upset.
