You won't be able to visit any of these (or the other south pacific islands except Lord Howe) on a One World Explorer (xONEx), although both Fiji and Tahiti (but not the other islands) are available on a Global Explorer thanks to QF codeshares on Air Pacific and Air Tahiti Nui respectively.
For side tickets, generally cheap and easy to get to from Auckland (except Tahiti flights are not as cheap as Cook Islands, Fiji, Samoa, Tonga, Noumea, Niue, Norfolk Island).
