AY has started on 30th October HKG service via BKK three times per week.
Next nonstop HEL-HKG is on 20th May 07 and it seems like AY is not coming back after this to BKK-HKG-BKK due the Kuala Lumpur start on 21st May 07.

I dont know where stands this rule "must be issued in Thailand" because Finnair uses paperless e-ticket so can buy it anywhere You want and they send the ticket into your e-mail.
And this booking engine of Finnair does not work like SAS's engine, so You can book your ticket on Finnish site, Swedish site, Thai site and so on, the price remains the same.
