There were a couple of threads on this sometime this year and the consensus is that UA Ticketing-by-Mail in Dearborn is taking much longer than it used to. Several were reporting up to 14 days or even more (and since the ticketing-by-mail hold is only for 14 days, it is worth calling and getting the hold extended if you're at day 13 and still no ticket)
