NWA can audit accounts at will. If they determine you're abusing the system too much, they can ask you to provide your certificates for them to examine, as well as potentially restricting your account from using certificates.

I think the answer is: if you have to ask, you're probably doing it too much. I would hate to be denied boarding sometime because of something silly like this...although I would also hope they would contact me before I board.
