3. No amenity kits were distributed at any point during the flight.
4. My neighboring pax was addressed as "I can't pronounce your name, what would you like for lunch?"
5. The simplest requests were treated as if they were a nuisance.
6. I asked for tea and it was served luke-warm. I was not given a spoon to stir the tea, nor the option of sweetner or cream. They banged it down and pushed away the cart to the next pax.
7. The purser would barge up and down the aisle hitting my seat, knocking off my pillow from beneath my head onto the floor. Looking round, knowing she did it, but leaving it there for me to pick up.
8. My salmon was served well overcooked, as if it was a peice of plastic. The accompanying rice was rock-hard like wood splinters.
9. The ice-cream was served inside a block of ice, that you'd need a pick axe to break!
10. The sandwich snack before landing was all squashed together in a soggy mess.
11. The bread basket went round once for dinner, and they ran out of scones for the clotted cream and jam pre-arrival snack.
12. I was served a half-can of Pepsi - was this a TED crew?
13. I spent most of the flight (6 hours) without a drink and most of the time the FA were all absent.
14. I had to beg for landing cards/customs forms to be distributed.
15. One lavatory stopped working immediately after take-off. Creating a perpetual lavatory line for the one operating toilet.
16. I connected to TED from IAD to MIA. No BOB had been boarded. - No. I not complaining about that one: I think they were doing pax a favor. - I have long since lost my taste for stale crackers and chips.
17. TED left 45 minutes late as we waited for connecting international pax stuck in customs. Which I guess I should be grateful for, because my TED flights have been up to 18 hours late. The late departure would not be so bad if the pilots had not already told us we'd be away on time, and then later only 15 minutes late.

One of the culprits: A FA who had been "failing to provide much service" from LHR to IAD was seated infront of me on TED to MIA. He told the TED FA that he was "tired." To which l let out a big gaffaw and he made a point of turning and giving me a strange look. This unfortunately indicates to me that the FA are not even aware or caring if they provide sub-standard service.
My god. I would write United.
