Not to mention the fact that unless there is a big hole in the plane that dumps all of the pressure, its is impossible to open doors/emergency exits since they are "plug type" and are held in place, not only by hardware, but by the positive pressure in the aircraft. Remember when the plane has taxied to the gate and the door is oppened, the first thing that happens is that the door is pulled INWARD, then turned and opened.
