Pickles, Akaoni (an izakaya in Sangenjaya) has very good sashimi. I was a bit taken aback the first time I called to make a reservation (which you need to do) and was asked, after I gave the number of people in my party, "And what would you like to do about sashimi?" If you pre-order, you get a slightly better selection. I'd recommend doing ichi-nin-mae for every 2 people in your party if you'd like to eat anything else.
