Z-class on LH once was their booking class for upgrades/awards from Y to C. As they have already consolidated all their booking classes throughout Star (almost) I-class is now the play of the game. So Z should be a special paid booking class right now (still a guess) as LH won't show its upgrade/award classes on the CRS (which is different to OS which shows availability on I and X-class through CRS)
