Something like this:

https://www.checkmytrip.com/ITN/SeatmapServlet?

Then add, without spaces, all of the following parameters:

Airline=LH (IATA-airline code)
&FltNumber=449 (the one you are looking for)
&ClassService=I (pretty self-explanatory)
&Date=01APR2003 (ditto)
&FromCity=PHX (use IATA-codes here)
&ToCity=FRA (ditto)
&SITE=ITN (no idea...doesn't work if ommited)
&LANGUAGE=DE (or US if you like English as language)

This will yield you a map of a flight...the complete URL will look something like:

https://www.checkmytrip.com/ ITN/SeatmapServlet?Airline=LH&FltNumber=449&ClassServi ce=C&Date=01APR2003&FromCity=PHX&ToCity=FRA&SITE=I TN&LANGUAGE=US
