I find LHR super expensive. I now stay at hotels near the airport, Marriott, Sheraton, etc.. on Bath Rd and take the hotel Hoppa bus right to the hotel, you can also take the city bus right to the Tube station to head into the city. Very handy.

Paris was about 30€ from CDG to 7e arrondissement, very nice. You need to make sure you are in a TAXI and not those private cars that hawk at you at the airport. They are not legal taxis and charge double. And they are not insured, god forbid your in an accident.

Denver to the city $50.00 cause the airport is too far away from the city now. I miss Stapleton. You can use the shuttle $19.00 to the city hotels.

Seoul Inchon to the city $100.00, Outrageous.
