Assuming you don't have a AMEX jetBlue card... umm after a year from when you earn the trueBlue points and have not reach 100 points, you will automatically redeem those points for a lower balance on your trueBlue account and get to watch that little picture on your trueBlue account web page go backwards which I have yet to see happen. (I think thats a better way of putting it, at least it makes you think you redeemed it for something)

or

Just get yourself an AMEX jetBlue card and buy yourself something really really expensive ($100 worth of food from your local resturant or $100 in tickets to some type of entertainment/sporting events or $100 in jetBlue tickets or at least $200 of anything that was not mentioned)
