No. The area under room details is now always blank. I dont know why

You know you are upgraded when you click on the "view details" button on your main reservation page, then the next page returns with "sorry, the system is currently unavailable" or "we have your reservation, but are unable to show you the details." However, even though the room details section is blank, you should be able to see what type of room it is....note, there are 2 view detail button. 1. get complete details about tax, rate, etc 2. view details. You want to click on the #1
