Amex Platinum FHR room upgrades?
To anyone who has used Amex Platinum's PTS to book a room in the FHR program, how often are you offered/given the upgrade to a room in the next higher category? I'm beginning to think that this "perk" is just a mirage, unless I've been going to these hotels when they are nearly fully occupied. Thanks!
