Unfortunately, you can't redeem your points for anything other than flights. However, if you don't wish to apply for the jetBlue card from AMEX which will keep points form expiring, you can transfer points from American Express Membership Rewards. Not sure if you mean no Membership Rewards or no Mileage Run with the "MR" in your post.

With 36 points, you'll need 64 to earn an award ticket. At a 250:1 ratio that is 16,000 Membership Rewards points from AMEX. This is NOT related to the jetBlue card from AMEX - different program. In the past before the card was released, I've found my points to transfer almost instantly.
