Delta reduces Call Centers in India
Effective Jan 2007, DL will consolidate the number of call center partners from 2 to 1, due to expected reduction in calls.
I suspect you will receive more Americans to answer your calls after a longer wait time.
Not sure if this is good news or bad news...
