Got a nice wood plaque, good for impressing the easily impressed; an ID card, a couple of luggage tags and a letter. At the time I was mid-level, not even top-level, Medallion, but my travel agent (anyone remember those? That's how long ago it was) liked me and asked them for it. Even then it didn't come with anything tangible: no upgrades, no Crown Room admission, no special phone line, not even any free drink chits (though my TA managed to snag me some of those separately).

I haven't flown Delta in several years, I keep my miles from expiring by pointing an occasional hotel stay in their direction, but my profile still says "Flying Colonel" under "SkyMiles Member" (as in plain, ordinary member) where it would have my elite level if I still had one.
