Exit row: Row 34. Avoid the C Bulkheads (Pretty cramped). Otherwise 42/43 C/H are pretty good (I'm 5" 11' and I can strech out nicely).
321:
Exit Row: Row 24.
Row 11 (Bulkhead) is designated a 'Quiet Zone' and is SEN/FTL only (IIRC). This means you can actually get it at physical check-in (Unlike the Exits which go about 15 hours out).
These are for Y. IMHO there simply aren't any good C seats on these planes (LH - prove me wrong, please!).
