I rode 2163 on Friday 10/27 from BOS to WAS in first. No pictures to share, but for lunch, I had good chicken noodle soup, Progresso quality, but only got half a cup (concerns over spillage perhaps?). Followed by a great Philly cheesesteak sandwich (Amtrak called it a steak sandwich), with chips, and a Sam Adams. Ghiradelli caramel chocolate square for dessert. Finished that around New Haven, then shortly after NYP, they came around with the dinner menu.
I had the cheese tortellini and salad, but was still full from lunch, so didn't finish. Bass Ale, and chocolate truffles too. It was an AGR award, so I was taking it all in...
There were some first-timers on board and their comments were positive.
