Ryanair offers tickets for 19,99EUR incl. tax (OW)
Ryanair reacts to the latest price announcements from German Wings and Hapag Lloyd Express:

1.) Ryanair starts a promotion for flights starting in Germany with a ticket price of 19,99EUR (oneway) including taxes. 400.000 tickets will be available for that price during the promotion period. The booking must be done until 05 Sep. The promotion is valid for flights from 24 Sep until 17 Dec.

2.) Ryanair also changes the possibility of re-bookings: name changes will be possible. (AFAIK for 25EUR + ticket price difference).
