That makes you a special one and really honors you!

But most people are egotistic (don't know a better word for 'geltungsbedürftig') enough to aquire such a card as cheap as possible and show it to everybody - and airlines play with that...

And to be honest: I would love to have it and would reach out if there are 'only' some 100k miles between me and the card... But not to show it as a fancy baggage tag but to really enjoy some addtl. benefits.
