Based on your own direct experience, which luxury hotel did you like most in Italy and why?
Please do not refer to the usual published rankings such as CNTravele or Travel and Leisure but just your own experience.
The question is for the whole of Italy and not only for the main touristic cities like Rome, Florence and Venice.
And for both independent and chain hotel properties used both for business or leisure.
