My friend has been able to book tickets using his CIBC Aerogold Visa card, unless that's no longer working

I'm not able to use my MasterCard at all on the new website. The only way I was able to purchase web tickets was to call the technical support 800# and have them "manually" process my credit card.

Now I just purchase my tickets through the Chairman's personal liaison since Canadian cards were never a problem with SABRE (East). I imagine it's going to be hell for us once they switch everything over to SHARES.

You move a major airline's headquarters from an international city (Arlington/DC Metro) to La-La land (Tempe) and you can't possibly expect the new folks in charge to even notice they serve cities outside their own country. These are the same people that have "Southwest-ized" Envoy for $500.
