I got the card and am pretty happy about it. The Hilton and Starwood elite cards are included, but to me the best features have been the two Priority Passes, the good travel insurance, the travel service (including FHR rates) and the concierge service, which has been better than I anticipated.

For me, the Plat card has been easily worth the annual fee and we have saved it several times over with only a few hotel stays.
