I have been flying more or less heavily (varying levels of eliteness on one or more carriers) for more than a decade, and I have never had a bad feeling about a flight. Never had an incident / accident / close call or anything like that either, that I know of.

Perhaps I'm not very receptive!

I did have a bad feeling about a 30 min car trip once, and skipped it. This would be more logical too, given how much more dangerous it is to pull out of your driveway than it is to fly around the world!
