According to the Wall Street Journal article I read, LH does not believe in doing the "Düsseldorf Experiment" elsewhere - it is only because of the drug and cosmetic companies and so forth, plus car manufacturers that want to bypass FRA, but the volume in economy was not good enough to warrant flying a "normal" plane.

It seems LH was seeing the business go to Air France instead of LH via FRA.

In fact, it goes counter to the proposed LH idea of more economy seat and less business/first seats, or no first at all in some cases.
